The room and service were great for the price. They offer free breakfast, and housekeeping was prompt every day. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a table, a sofa bed, a king-size bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom had a bathtub with a showerhead, and the room also came with a TV, a mirror, a dresser with drawers, and strong air conditioning.
Wonderful stay we were a little disappointed it was a motel but the cleanliness made up for it. GREAT stay they provide even toothbrush and razor as well as a free breakfast. Not only that but they upgraded our room at the same cost and as soon as we payed we received complimentary gifts as well!!!
It is the first hotel where I received truly great service! In the room, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small touches like a toothbrush, shower cap, water, and snacks upon arrival as a compliment make you feel like a truly welcome guest. Everything is spotlessly clean (and I know what real cleanliness is, because I’m from Eastern Europe where we usually have a very high level of service). The room is quite spacious, the internet connection is strong and stable (I had several Google calls from the hotel every day), and the breakfast was also much better than in other hotels I’ve tried in the USA. I feel that this place is for real people who appreciate friendly service and want to feel welcome—whether they come for rest, work, or even just a short overnight stay. The best place to stay, Sneha attended us, too beautiful and helpful, worried, it is a dream to be here. the place is clean, quiet, very quiet, we stayed for several days and every day they cleaned and replenished everything in the room, I asked for extra sheets and kindly they gave them to me, I work 24 hours, at breakfast the food buffet is very spacious, you can drink everything, there is milk, coffee, waffles eggs, lots of things to eat. they always solved my doubts, although I only talk about it. Spanish, but she is always looking for ways to help me. Thank you, Snaha.
Great hotel! Well cared for, perfectly clean and well-maintained rooms (tastefully decorated), solid complimentary breakfast, and exceedingly friendly and conscientious staff. Ample security and cameras, too. This is a freeway hotel with most guests staying for just one night, but I was there for three days and enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
Hey the best hidden gem in Htown!! The owners are so kind and the property is secure and clean. Breakfast was fresh and equal to a bigger hotel. As a person who has very high expectations…..Seriously not one complaint.
One word " PERFECT" very clean & the room smell very nice, not too far from the IAH airport. Breakfast was delicious & the room smell really nice but the cleanliness was impressive. I love it & enjoy stay in HAVEN IN & SUITES Staffs & owner was friendly, helpfull This hotel standard is like 3 stars hotel Highly recommended
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was also excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I’m definitely giving it a five-star rating and would highly recommend it to others!
